Investments in greenhouse systems production plant amount to 800 million Rub.

CJSC Kurskpromteplitsa has constructed a metal structures & greenhouse engineering infrastructural systems production plant in Voroshnevo, Kursk region, according to a statement made by the information support management of Kursk region’s Information and Press Committee.

Through mediation of Kursk region’s Government, Kurskpromteplitsa concluded an investment agreement with Italian partners. Implementation of the high-tech construction project launched in June 2011 absorbed investments in the amount of 800 million Rubles.

The new plant’s production facilities are sufficient for the production of up to 100 ha of metal structures and facilities for heated block greenhouses, 200 ha of metal structures for plastic film greenhouses, more than 100 farm greenhouse sets. The production and storage complex 12,000 square meters in area has up-to-date European equipment to ensure high-precision conversion of steel and aluminium into structural components of new-generation industrial, agrarian and garden greenhouses.

During the solemn opening ceremony, dealership agreements with a number of leading producers of greenhouse facilities were signed. Pursuant to them, Kursk region will supply various facilities and provide related maintenance services in Russia and CIS countries.

CJSC Kurskpromteplitsa was established on February 15, 2011 by the Fund of assistance to socially significant state projects under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Its mission is to build up production of modern structures and engineering infrastructural systems for heated block greenhouses and plastic film greenhouses; to provide services to greenhouse enterprises; to construct up-to-date integrated greenhouse production plants and to handle issues related to the modernization of Russia’s protected ground farming industry. Kurskpromteplitsa produces metal structures for modern heated block greenhouses and plastic film greenhouses, curtain and heating systems; provides the whole range of engineering, planning and surveying, consulting services; performs sequences of operations for turnkey construction projects including construction and assembly, installation and start-up, erection supervision operations and agrotechnical administration of projects.
