The concept of the regional purpose program “of favorable conditions for attraction of investment into the economy of Kursk region in 2011-2015.”, affirmed by order of the Government of Kursk region 15.08.2011 N362-rp, by the “complex investment plan of modernization of Zeleznogorsk city in Kursk region” it is planned to create innovative industries and territorial infrastructure, which ensures the possibility of formation of industrial parks.
Our company, in cooperation with several interested investors, is carrying on works on selection of ground for building in the Central Federal ETK based on PGU-TES the base of GT 6FA with the power 220 Mvt+140 Gkal/hour electric steel-making plant with output of 1 min tons a year and hothouse plant. As the results of preliminary calculations one of the most attractive grounds is Zheleznogorsk city in Kursk region.

Razgulay Group

Razgulay Group is one of the leaders in agricultural production in the country. For 19 years it is working in the agricultural market and specializes in the production, processing and marketing of agricultural products. Holding operates in 18 Russian regions, including North West and Central Black Earth regions of Russia, Upper and Middle Volga, Northern Caucasus, Southern Urals and Western Siberia.
The structure of the Group includes the management company OJSC Razgulay Group, three branch lines - sugar, grain, agricultural, and the unit for interaction with retailers - Razgulay-Market.
Sugar branch controls about 14% of the sugar market in Russia. The volume of production of sugar at the end of 2011 was more than 550 thousand tons. Manufacturing assets include 10 sugar mills with total capacity of processing 4 million tons of beet and 1.4 million tons of raw sugar a year and a milk factory.

JSC “Electroagregat”

JSC “Electroagregat” is one of the leading companies in Kursk region, the biggest manufacturer of self-contained power units used in Russian defense industry, including engineer troops, communication troops, navy, air force, strategic missile forces, aerospace defense, Internal Troops of the Ministry for Internal Affairs departments, Federal Protective Service, Federal Security Service, Emergency Control Ministry etc., oil and gas producing industry, geophysics, geologic exploration, wood and mining industry, agricultural sector, health care, housing and utility objects and other national economy objects.
Production and supply for the Ministry of Defense plays a special role in the work of the factory.
In recent years we worked at supplying the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with 16, 30, 100 kW gensets with diesel engines made by Minsk Motor Plant and JSC “KAMAZ”, organized the production and military supply of self-contained power units for air defense missile systems “Tor M2”, “S300V4” and also air defense integrated systems “Buk-M2 (M2E)”, “Osa-AKM1”, “Antey-2500”. Our power plants are customized for radiolocation stations “Nebo U”, “Protivnik-GE” and are included in air defense missile/gun system “Pantsir-S1”.
At the moment we are creating 30, 60, 100 and 200 kW portable gensets and the 30 kW portable genset mounted on KAMAZ versatile military vehicle.
JSC “Electroagregat” manufactures the following certified products:
- stationary gensets with power from 8 to 2500 kW, with different automation degree;
- portable gensets with power from 8 to 2500 kW, with different automation degree;
- portable and stationary diesel welding units of different models;
- enhanced mobility one-unit and two-unit products mounted on “URAL” and “KAMAZ” trucks;
- APEA-60 – gensets for board electrical equipment power;
- synchronous alternators of GS series and “B-KM” model with power from 8 to 1000 kW (including 8 to 315 kW alternators with Russian River Register certificate);
- synchronous alternators of GS2 series with 3000 rpm rotational speed;

- gas powered gensets and co-generation plants with power from 60 kW to 1.5 MW, voltage 400, 6300 10000 V;
